This display board is not paired

Screens in a waiting area cannot ask for a login, so each one is opened once with its facility's device token in the address. Without it there is no facility to show — and no way to browse other facilities' queues from the open internet.

A facility manager can find the pairing links on the admin screen. Staff signed in to their own facility do not need the token.
